You can cancel or upgrade early in the last 6 months of your subscription without needing to pay any of the remaining monthly subscription payments. If you return your phone damaged, fees may apply – find out more.
30 days to change your mind
Not happy with your phone or decided nu is not for you? If it's a refurb, just send the phone back within 30 days in its original condition and for brand-new phones make sure it is unopened. We'll even cover the cost of the shipping. Easy!
Free express shipping
If you get approved before 12pm on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but we'll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on the ETA.
Backed by warranty
Every subscription phone comes with a warranty. If the phone becomes faulty during the subscription period through no fault of yours (including no circumstances over which you may exercise control), you may contact us to initiate a review of whether it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or under the Australian Consumer Law in which case, we will (at our election) replace or repair, or arrange for the replacement or repair of, the phone. Return your phone at the end of your subscription
When your subscription ends, return your phone and we’ll find it a nu home or recycle it. You then choose if you want to subscribe again. Damage fees may apply – find out more.
